------------- Hi , I once talked to Mr. Bergeron, around the beginning of the whole thing, and he is/was trained to build things from composites--so he said. He said he was living in Bellingham, Wa.

... I see someone in LinkedIn named David Bergeron, who lists himself as the
owner of a company called Advanced Composite Technologies in Bellingham WA,
a company in the aviation and aerospace industry ... seems close enough to
be the person we all know. I didn't find out much about the company, but I
did get an address and phone number for a David A Bergeron who lives in
Bellingham ... does anyone know if this might be him?
I still don't know whether I'd want to sic the feds on him, if he would come
clean with what he did and refund whatever is left of the money I sent him.
If he is indeed being evasive, then I might be willing to go through with
more serious investigation.
It is rather amazing to see what you can still get for free via the
internet!

This punk dropped off the face of the planet. What he has done at this point
is to have committed a federal crime to the best of my knowledge. Postal
fraud for the total dollar amount is pretty serious. Would anybody like to
proceed with a postal investigation?

Sad news to anyone that was holding out hope for a refund or an actual hood
from the David Bergeron Sport Q hood group buy from YEARS ago.....
I have tried to send an e-mail from time to time to request my money back
because on 6/15/06 he sent an e-mail to all involved claiming that he was
willing to refund money. Well folks, for the first time, his e-mail bounced
today. I guess I'll officaly write THAT money off....like I hadn't already.
Ben
P.S. if anyone has current contact infor for him, I would love to drop him a
line.
