[urq] Exhaust hangers

Use VW part number 171-253-147-G. They are $1.75/ea at AutohausAZ (IPC can get them for ~$4/ea if you want to get them locally and don't want to pay shipping)
These are the ones that look like regular exhaust hangers, but have internal chain reinforcement. If your exhaust system hangs low with these in place, you have other problems.
