[urq] track rod end boots

IIRC louis-alain changed his rear track/ tie rod end boots with some
of a suzuki vitara. It was about 2 years ago and t think that he
posted part numbers. How much is a new pattern one from GSF? That
might be a decent option, although when the boot is dead, the joint
may not have long to live anyway
