 It's a very well done documentary.? I, along with a few other members of this list, were lucky enough to get to see a showing of it at Audi of America's new HQ near DC.? The Potomac- Chesapeake Chapter of ACNA set-up a preview showing event last Friday with AoA in their "Forum"/ Conference Center open to the first 75 club members and a guest that reserved tickets.? We also raised money for our annual charity fund-raising efforts.

AoA provided food and refreshments and some nice swag along with some nice cars to oogle over including a new supercharged V6 S4, a Q7 3.0 TDI, a Q5 3.2, a TTS, and one of the R10s.

The movie itself was shown on four big screens kept everyone including my fiance who isn't really into cars at all fixated the full time.? The movie is less about the cars and more focused on the commitment and effort of the team and the obstacles that were overcome,? as the Audi Sport team tried to win the 2008 race.? It really gave everyone
watching especially those who don't following or understand the racing
what it takes to run a team much less win.? Walking out, I heard a
spouse say "I want to watch this year's race and cheer for the Audi
team."? There is plenty of video clips of the cars though and one of my favorite parts is Alan McNish talking through a one-lap video of the course. ? I have a feeling some of the colorful candor and banter that was in the film will be removed for the ESPN broadcast!? Definitely worth watching again!
