[urq] sway bar bushings ?

hi guys...
 
someone answered a question about sourcing the front sway bar bushing not long ago. I was led to believe my parts guy could still get the center bushings so I wasn't paying attention. Bad move... Just found out I won't be getting them from Audi.  Sorry but who's the uk source again ?
 
Also, on the later bar setup with the heim links, is the bushing that attaches to the control arm pressed in ??? or can a mere shade tree guy do the job?
