You realize that ole polecat provided parts for much of the first quattro, right? As such, I vote that it's NOT the ancestor of the Q7. The Q7 is about as far away from the quattro concept as Audi have come. We all know Audi has very myopic hindsight, so I say you go the opposite direction for your little history lesson: how about an NSU or DKW bike?
