[urq] parking lights not working

Electrical gremlins with the old ceramic under dash fusebox and the
overtaxed electrical connectors are the weakest link in the early '83 and
earlier Urqs. Of course, by now most of the high-current circuits have been
bypassed/redone and shouldn't pose too many problems. I had the headlight
switch go out on the '83 (actually also at the fuse box iirc) at night when
we were driving outside of Steamboat Springs, Colorado a few years ago.
Thank goodness I was with a bunch of Urq's and I made sure to be the middle
car of the caravan (only parking lights worked). That made the hour drive
back to the condo and heated garage much better and far less treacherous.
