[urq] parking lights not working

Bad ground?  Absolutely.  I suggest turning on the flashers, opening up the
trunk and playing a bit with the wiring connector at the left side (since
this supplies power to the right side as well).  Sometimes the metal
contacts can be bent slightly to make better contact (I would alternate the
bends). Also, there is a male tab on each bulb housing that you can run a
wire with spade to one of the 8?mm attachment nuts for the lens to assist
with proper grounding.
