[urq] bumper plastic type ?

Hi, i'm in the process of prepping the last parts before the painting of my urq but my valence/lower bumper is in bad shape: broken and cracked at a few places. Was wondering what type of plastic isit ? Only thing i found  is date of manufacture and part # on it along with MRT and a number beside. I've already ordered some plastex but becoming skeptical that it will do the job since  the bumper seems a bit "rubbery".
