[urq] 2b relocate Alternator 'Siren' Noise?

I think I am a coupe weeks away from driving it.
I think the biggest challange left is to fit the exhaust so that it
doesn't hit anything.
It is the 034 turbo back 3" SS.
Where it is hanging right now, it is touching in no less than 3 places.
