[urq] Many questions...

Only problem is that a 5kT was unlikely to have ever been campaigned in the
US for road racing, and that is one of the prerequisites for SVRA and VSCCA
events. So, unlikely they'd let you race them. If CGT's or 4K coupes were
campaigned (it's possible, no recollection of seeing them) in the
appropriate time period, you'd likely be stuck with running them. My guess
is that CGT's could've conceivably been campaigned by someone trying
something different in the early '80's in SCCA competition, but unlikely in
the pro-USRRC series. As I said earlier, the 2nd TransAm series IMSA 200's
and 80's would be very competitive cars for vintage racing, but I rather
doubt they meet the age requirements (although I don't understand how R8's
are legit based upon age in whichever body whom sanctions the Walter Mitty).
With vintage racing, if you're not planning to race the "common" automotive
candidates, you've got a whole lot of history research to do to determine
even if the car is eligible.
