... while this may be true, AFAIK Bill Bremer is still the person
responsible for the official urq Registry, and yes, Bill is a member of this
group.  He may well connect with you off line.  It might be helpful to
understand what information you are looking for.  I believe that some
participants in the registry have requested their information be kept
private.
