[urq] fuel pump delivery

Folks , I need to do some diagnoses on the fuel system . 

Got a gut feeling It's one or two bad injectors , but I'm gonna 
do the whole procedure , one step at the time . 
 
Workshop manual say's the first step ought to be  
to check the fuel pump delivery . 
Only they don't say how and howmuch . 

What's the fuel pump delivery supposed to be ? 

Do I simply take of the return line near the k-jet , power the pump , and 
catch the returned fuel in a calibrated jar for a certain amount of time ? 
Or do I have to masure it on the pressure line ?
