[urq] Stainless 2.5" Exhaust

I don't know of anybody that makes a small 2.5" system in North America. 

I'm currently making 3" stainless steel systems for urq's. These systems currently have
no catalytic converters, but will in the coming months.

3" dual tailpipes are now standard on these systems.
