With all due respect, of coarse there's no real challenge to 3" over the axle on a urq. 
 Especially if you have someone else doing it for you.

3" over the axle on a urq is a challenge IMO.

 The real question seems to be:  Why can you fit a 3in system under your car?  3in exhaust systems for urq's have been around for 20+ years.  I've installed the scorpion 3in on several urq's including my own, and have had 3in systems custom built for urq's as well.  IME with them, it's tight going under the right side driveshaft (esp if using the 034 downpipe), and the multiple plane bend over the right rear driveshaft.  Otherwise, there is no real challenge to it.
