[urq] Mark your calendars, October 8-10th UrQ GTG in Las Vegas

A few local UrQ guys got together tonight and finalized the dates as well as laid out the initial plans for the weekend.



October 8-10th seemed to be well received from participants coming from all directions.  We have drivers that would be crossing Death Valley as well as Vail Pass so this seemed to be a decent compromise for both.  It should also be a huge Audi-weekend in Vegas since TT West kicks off the Monday following our event.  Audi Henderson is on board sponsoring both events.


We will get some information out there regarding lodging and the activities for our event as soon as possible so we can gauge participation.


Regardless of how big the event grows, we have two more UrQ's in Vegas that are now on a timeline to get back on the road - and isn't that the reason we do these things?
