Yes,
I've heard of clutches slipping slightly until properly worn in, however this sounds like a possible
flywheel, clutch disk issue, or even slight oil contamination on the clutch assembly itself.
Did you get the flywheel machined when the clutch job was done?
If no machining of the flywheel was done, I'd be starting there.
Usually reverse gear is the lowest of all gears, so this may explain why the vibration in reverse is the most noticeable

I was told vibration on a new clutch is normal and could take a (long) while to break in, but is this true? In reverse gear the vibration is even worse and doesn't feel normal at all. Should I worry?
