[urq] Brown window switches ?

I have the newer window switches in my car - one half slightly raised with
bumps and a pic of a window, one half slightly depressed IIRC.

One of the original brown window switches developed a strange problem : the
plastic surround is so brittle that the pressure from the spring push the
rocker upwards trough it. It still works fine electrically, but mechanically
it's dying.

 

Any solution to replace it (or both) with something less than 29 years old ?
