[urq] stopped clock

OK so I noticed recently - after getting into the instrument cluster to
install a brand new one piece speedo cable - my clock stopped.  Last night I
confirmed it is getting power because I can see the very slightest of
movement from the second hand - but no forward motion.  
I tried fiddling and adjusting time back and forth but no dice.
 
Dead clock?
 
Just jammed?
