Whichever has the better tread pattern for snow.  Studs don't get you
much in snow (unless it's really hard packed, which is unlikely on a
circuit), right?

Everything is pretty useless on bare, clean ice except studs.  If
you're on ice, run the studded tire.

As for tire pressures, I can only guess.  I have one based on how low
the forces are on the tire and cold temps, but I'm guessing there is
someone here who knows :)
