I would 2nd Dennis' $.02. I never paid much attention to tires until 3 weeks
ago when I went from Frisco to Leadville (40 miles) on a set of new Nokian
Hakkapeliitta R's on a 20V 1991 Audi 90 with Gary B. of Meadow Creek Tyres
driving (former Lotus driver) There was 6 inches of new snow and the plows
hadn't come out yet. We were flying with those tires (speeds at times over
90) and they never missed a beat. I admit that I was concerned (read scared)
for the ride up but was completely relaxed on the way back and enjoying the
fun of Gary's driving and thrill those tires afforded. They are amazing!
Regards,
/Peter
ps. I wouldn't take any advice from Justi; everyone knows he has a
reputation as a E-thug and I almost passed out the last time I was a
passenger with him at Steamboat. (Just kidding.......great driver.)
:?))))))
