[urq] AudiRotor Dimensions

I'm looing for a 25mm thick rotor approximately 318mm in diameter to work
with a set of Alcon brakes I have. What I can tell is that the rotor needs
to be about 5mm outward of a B5 A4 rotor -because I have one of those on the
car (and obviously larger than the 290 or so mm in diameter). Can anyone
tell me if a '97-'98 A8 rotor or a B5 S4 rotor would fit the bill? Thanks so
