What I read from that sentence, is since the site is not available in English, then they'll sell parts only to people that are fluent with German. Must be some liability concern.

Nevertheless, it is not helpful for us, I agree.

Whose French is further from German then France is from Germany. There is absolutely no similarities between these languages.
