[urq] Tuning 034 efi system

I used a map 034 provided that was from another '83 with the original WX
engine in it.  I have the 034 IIb system, so there would certainly be more
you could in the way of ignition tuning, but I've made relatively few
changes to the original map and the car runs just fine for the road, the
only changes I made were to lean it up a bit at low RPM so it could pass
emissions here in Washington.  I had trouble getting it started (too much
gas) until I got a vacuum leak between the head and the fuel pressure
regulator sorted out, but after that and clean plugs, it started right up.
