[urq] 034 MS firewall brace/bracket installation

Have no idea regarding the 034 piece.  I bought the original one (maybe even
the last one) from Jeff Lewis and it went (uninstalled) with the car back to
Rob Dupree, who as I recall, subsequently installed it without any issues.
