[urq] Sway bar hardware

What ? NLA ? Jeez, that "strap" was installed on hundreds of thousand cars
in the nineties... I'm really surprised. 

Then, maybe a "performance" supplier for swaybar bushings might carry a
replacement ? They do offer straps for common USA cars, so maybe one can be
adapted to the urQ's subframe.

Thanks Louis-Alain!  I did try my local dealer, and its all NLA (go 
figure).  Seems to be the typical story with the UrQ
