[urq] 1983 on Ebay with 14k miles?

I am almost positive that this car was on craigslist a few months ago.  Same
car, same pictures, same description.
I emailed the guy back then and he replied that the car was sold.

This ebay seller says that this car has never been on craigslist.
Something is definitely fishy.
