[urq] ball joints for 85 urq

IIRC the UrQ ball joint has an 18mm shaft, and the cgt/4kq/early80q ball
joint is 17mm shaft.  The later 80q/90q used a 19mm shaft ball joint.

I think you need the 857 407 365 E and 366 E.
