Sounds like my experience as well.  Bench bleed with the supplied tubes, but I still power bleed the whole system afterwards.  I know for sure it cross referenced to the Audi 5000, but seem to recall it cross referencing to other cars as well.  Napa sounds like the best bet to get it rolling in a few days.

I had a similar experience at NAPA, and was I surprised when they had it in
tock!  I  can't rememebver if it was steel or Aluminum, but it fit my 'late'
3 urq (under hood fusebox) just fine.   It *must* cross to something more
ainstream?
"Bench Bled" it with the supplied tubes, and didn't even have to bleed the
rake system after installation.
