I found these and posted a link on the QW urq forums Monday. They made BaT on Tuesday I think.  The listing was down as of yesterday... Sold?, Having second thoughts? Price revision?

Guys- that listing is by the guy that I bought my urq from in 200. We have maintained a good relationship/friendship ever since. He a downright good man, i would not hesitate to at least talk to him if you're interested. I live about 40 minutes from where they are, and also know the appraisal company that did the estate value. Everything I hear/see on Pats listing, the urq listers responses and the craigslist listing is spot on according to the appraiser. Don't get me wrong- dey ruff!??? Chef Gary
