Hmm. Ok, then. Let's see. My Urq IST and Adjustment Manual has this as a 4
step process:

Center cylinder head by having top corner bolts in first (1 and 11).

Then, with Engine Cold

1. Torque all bolts to 29 ft lbs (40 NM)
2. Torque all bolts to 43 ft lbs (60 NM)
3. Torque all bolts to 54 ft lbs (75 NM)
4. Plus 1/4 turn with breaker bar

HTH.

I usually work from center-out, but this isn't specified.
Maybe the instructions/specs have changed since then -- I dunno.
