Soak with Plus Gas or similar freeing agent. If still no good, spray in some
Coca Cola (not joking - and use the real thing not cheap copy). It is
amazing what this frees off (*). Reapply for a couple of days and then try
to rotate using the end of the flexi hose. If it rotates you should be able
to tap out with a long bar and hammer - don't go too mad....softly softly
catchee monkey.

(*) Disbelieving the suggestion of Coca Cola from a learned friend of mine I
used it to successfully free off a completely seized up Daimler V8 engine.
Left it to soak for 4 days.
Now use Coke as a fall back when the need arises.
