Hi John, and welcome among us. You're the first "official" lister (read:
someone posting to the list) in a long time. But, hey, it's not quantity,
it's quality that matters, right ?

No clue about the brakes, but Mike Silvester ran a bunch of decals a few
years ago. I'm sure he will get in touch with you, but if you run out of
sources, I think I have two or three black sets somewhere in my attic. I may
be persuaded to sell one set for you, just because a Mars Red car needs them
more than the others (remember, it was the launch color back in the 80's).
Guess which color is my beloved urQ?

Again, welcome John.

Hello, this is a test post to see if I am actually emailing the list. As
you can probably tell from the above line, I am new to the list, but not new
to Audi or Urqs. Let me introduce myself to begin with. I'm John Iroz out
of Las Vegas and own two project 83 Urqs that are both Mars Red . One is
completely stock and the other will be a full blown 20vt monster. Because I
have that monster bug in me somewhat I've been most active on the Motorgeek
forum, but figured that I needed to start posting on the list for some of
the finer points of the Urq.

Couple of questions to start with.
1- Does anyone know where I can find rebuild kits for rear calipers for the
V8 slotted rotor upgrade so popular with the Urq? I found G60 front kits,
but can't seem to find rear kits.

2- Where can a guy find the door ring and rear quattro decals?

Thanks in advance for your help.
John
