[urq] UrQuattro rear brakes

Yup, the collective wisdom is to use the V8 rears (calipers, carriers and
rotors).  BTDT. You'll need to upgrade the parking brake cables also if
you're doing this on an earlier Urq iirc. Did this upgrade without having to
replace the cables on my '84.
