Not sure about others, 



But i would use Super Lube, its a clear gel for one, and its silicone based so wont hurt rubber and seems to work well...Just my .000002c

To all you super techies out there, refusing to pay $35 for 150ml of Audi 
brand sunroof lubricant, is there some aftermarket waterproof grease that 
would work for the sunroof mechanism on my B6 A4 and hopefully on my power 
antenna for my UrQ. Any european listers rebuilt their motorized antenna 
(aerial)? We can't get Castrol olit CLS here in the US AFAIK. Thanks.
