Ingo's right. I previously had noticed on my other car that the pan was contacting the subframe and the AC vibration came through the car chassis very noticeably. My mounts were OK but was missing the spacer to raise the motor.
This could be a result of the recent tranny swap and a mounting issue somewhere in the process.
