What you are saying is that I can fuel the urQ for less than 2 $ in
Venezuela ? Wow, cost of living must be very, very, very low

And Oslo is at 7.41$ a gallon. And that’s from an oil producing country. So
there, filling the same 90 liter tank from my car is a 190 $ expense. 

No need to practice Norwegian...

I paid 4.69 a couple weeks ago near LA for 91... so given the exchange rate,
we're not all that different.  However, I think it might be time to move to
Venezuela and get in on that 12 cents a gallon stuff...

Actually, that is an old article.  In Venezuala, the current price is 9
cents, but Kuwait is up to 85 cents, a government fixed price.

Today, in Montreal, 1.42$ a liter (5.37$ a gallon). And that's for regular.

So filling my urQ with Premium 91, that would be a whopping 140$ !
