[urq] speedo cable

Yup, between Zoltan's name being on the recipient list that he sent out with pics and details, and Geoff saying the car needed a speedo cable it wasn't too hard to guess.  I was hoping for a "Woot!" email at some point.  Also hope if he's not already, that he'll post up on the Urq forums on QW.
