[urq] Fix for cruise control

Finally found a fix for my cruise control.  A short history is that the cruise control on my WX engine would surge up and down when set, so it was never comfortable to use.  Well the solution was simple: just change engines ;^D  I just got my urq back after a complete MC-1 swap from my donor '87 5kcstq.  Took it for a 200 mile shakedown drive,   and to my amazement, the cruise control now works perfectly.  No change in parts or anything!  This after changing control module, checking the pedal switches, replacing vacuum lines, and the pump.  I even replaced the inductive pickup in the speedometer all to no avail.

I also swapped the tranny for the 5kcstq's taller 5th gear and I'm loving the lower rpms while cruising.  My temp gauge isn't working and I need a CEL light hooked up, but she starts, idles, and runs perfectly so far.  QLCC chipped and K24 turbo, so a nice setup for real world driving.

I'm half way through a full tank, so don't know the MPG with the new engine.  Never got better than 22-23  MPG highway with the WX.

Now to put on all those euro parts I've been saving for years.
