[urq] Rear seat belts

The problem is the Coupe GT .
The belts are in a slightly different location cause the cgt doesn't have
mcpherson suspension
on the rear axle .
I had thesame problem , and solved it by adapting the parcel shelf .
It's almost cardboard so you can cut it with a knife in a matter of speech
