[urq] Rear seat belts

I get the parcel shelf difference but my Coupe GT (82) didn't have the
cutout for the rear wiper since there was none.
This shelf does which leads me to believe it's from urq.
Did the later Coupes have rear wipers?
That would be one explanation.

That makes sense.
Since nobody will ever sit back there I'd rather cut the sheet metal than
destroy the look of the parcel shelf.
