[urq] visor clips

There are some side-by-side pics in my Motorgeek project thread. Note that
the pictures are of the MKII clip before I modified it- they use 1 screw
and a post instead of 2 screws, but the modification is easy- grind off
most of the post and then drill it to take the second mounting screw.
