[urq] Horn issues

Actually - no snow/ice buildup - it was bone dry.  We only have a few inches
of snow - and being so cold it was very dry snow....

I'm going to check the horn button and go from there.

Was there some ice-pack around the wires causing it to short out and honk?

Maybe the insulation on that old wiring decided to break away rather than
flex in the cold?
