[urq] Horn issues

I second (or is that 3rd?) the horn button. You may have a weak spring or a
plastic piece might have broken off/is cracked -- leading to premature
grounding -- as grounding is all that the horn button does to make the horn
work.
Which steering wheel are you using, btw?
