I'm running 255/55/15 tires on R8s with no problems, but the fenders are
olled on my car. It's getting harder to find manufacturers that even make a
15/50/15. Its no longer a well supported size. From what I've heard/read
not certain from experience), without rolled fenders the 255s will rub. I
hink the 255s on R8s really make the car look great with a nice muscular
tance. I run 205/60/15s as snows on the narrower 5 spoke Fuchs wheels.
ooks OK, but a bit anemic, but still a nice "stock" look. FWIW the 205
akkapiliitta 4s with locked center diff are almost unstoppable in the snow
n acceleration while handling and braking are fantastic and predictable.
reat fun!!!!!! I used to hate winter - now not so much.
