Frankly, I've never felt the "Big Red Book" to be of that much value ... but
it does have the wiring diagram for the '85 urq. I looked for the old
Dyment website ... looks like it is gone ... then I found that Audi has a
website which had owners docs ... for '95 and newer cars :( I did another
search and found that Bentley is now carrying the older docs:

<http://www.bentleypublishers.com/audi/owners-manuals/audi-quattro-turbo-198
5-om.html>

<http://www.bentleypublishers.com/audi/repair-information/audi-4000-84-87-fa
ctory-repair-manual.html>

I'd recommend that you start with the on line information from Scott
Mockry's and Martin Pajak's sites:

    <http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/trouble.html>
    <http://www.quattro.ca/>

Of course whatever we find can be stored at the urq yahoo page:

Members can add what they find to help the rest of us ...

---- I no longer have my Big Red Audi Book: 4000-Urq , or anything that
came with It. I need to get another one. Ideas?? The immediate
problem is to find out which Fuse is for What. My Heater fan stopped
working all of a sudden. I need to check the fuses. It would be nice to
know which one it is. The bigger prob. is getting the info (B.R.Book) . I
also don't have any Owners Manual that might have come with the Audi. One
of the few "mechanics" who have worked on my car over the last 5 yrs., must
have acquired the books/manuals, as I always left the stuff in the car for
them to use if needed. I guess someone needed... Anyway, all gone now,
looked everywhere, gone. Any help would be appreciated, TIA, ...
