[urq] Install Instructions for Blau Hood Lifter Kit?

I bought a pressurized strut hood lift kit for the urq a long time ago.  I
found the hardware, but the installation instructions are somewhere else.  I
know that I started the process back when, and that is when the parts
separated from the paperwork.  I checked Blau's website and found nothing in
a quick search.  By any chance does someone have a copy that they can scan
in to send?
