I'm sorry to be such a cynic, but I just actually read the thing and this
part really drives it home...

"**If any damage occurs, we will cover the cost of repairs—but we don’t
expect damage****"

With what parts?  NLA, NLA, NLA... oh yeah and... NLA.  

I wonder who "we" is, AoA or the Audi Club.  Either way, I seriously doubt
they'd be interested in mine.  I'm sure all would be well though and they'll
find someone to let them use a nice example and it will likely come back in
good shape, but it just really seems very "let them eat cake".  The cherry
on top is the bit about the owner can't attend.  Wow.
