[urq] LED tower bulbs look ideal - think they still work with a voltage drop?

I'd expect the LEDs to produce the full rated lumens at the lowest voltage (~10v), and
perhaps only incrementally more as the voltage increases.    My bet is that they will
work very well for you.

  Since my filament bulbs are dim I assume a voltage drop.  I'm hoping LEDs can give more light due to efficiency, still i have to consider the possibility that they are more sensitive to voltage and might not work at all.   Anyone understand this issue?

  I love the 18-LED and 45-LED tower bulbs I have in my dual-1157 rear taillight cluster.  I can't
  recommend it enough, and my friends all admire it, too.    Not cheap, but worth it, IMHO.
