Thanks Tony for the great info!  It has been a long time since I looked at
one ... I knew they were very small, but that thing sure is tiny!  Thermal
mass is a critical parameter, so you do want the part to be as small as
possible ... and that probably explains the low resistance too ...

Yes, I was thinking the same thing ... I do understand the newer parts are
still available, not sure about MAC-11/14, but Javad told me he can get them
for the S4.

thermistor body length: 0.090 inches (2.3mm)

Unfortunately, this IAT which I pulled from the urq in the Moss Landing PNP
is open.  I sure hope this wasn't the reason this urq ended up in there. 
There was a great deal of body rust in the front half of the body.

Good thing I'm swapping to an MC-1 engine soon.
